Ordering

Q: How do I order and choose my meals?
A: Click on the 'Order Now' button and follow the steps.

Q: Is this a subscription service?
A: Yes, once you order from us you will receive deliveries from us (and be charged) weekly unless you skip an installment or cancel your subscription.

Q: Why is this a subscription service?
A: Our customers don't want the hassle of having to remember to order each week. Rather, they want to regularly and consistently have healthy meals delivered to them. Subscription is the easiest way to make this happen. But If you really only want to make a single order, see below.

Q: What if I want to change my meals on a weekly basis?
A: Easy, just log into your account and change your meal selection before the cut off time (which is midnight 2 nights before delivery).

Q: Can I make just one single order?
A: Sure, after you order you can skip future installments or cancel your subscription.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
A: Absolutely. Just log into your account and pause or cancel your subscription. You won't be billed for that week provided you pause/cancel before the cut off time (which is midnight 2 nights before delivery).

Q: How much do the meals cost?
A: It depends on the meal plan you select. Click on 'Plans' above for more information.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Currently Mastercard and Visa.

Delivery

Q: Where do you currently deliver to?
A: We currently deliver within 15km zone of the CBD. If you live further but would still like to order from us, please contact us to see how we can help.

Q: When do you deliver?
A: We deliver in the afternoons on Tuesday and Friday.

Q: Do I need to be home for deliveries?
A: Yes at the moment.

Q: Do you charge a delivery fee?
A: Yes, a small amount is charged on checkout dependent on the distance the delivery is from the Adelaide CBD.

Q: What should I do after I receive a delivery?
A: Start eating, or pop your meals in the fridge. Our meals are generally best before 4 days of delivery (check the 'best before' sticker on your meals). We wouldn't recommend freezing.

Food and Packaging

Q: Are your meals vegan?
A: Yes, our meals are 100% vegan (meaning our meals have no animal product (ie no meat, no eggs, no dairy)).

Q: Are your meals gluten free?
A: Just about all our meals have no added gluten. Check out the allergens information for each meal before ordering.

Q: Will I need to do any cooking?
A: No, all the work is done for you. Some meals are better served hot, so you might need to do some heating up.

Q: Is the packaging recyclable?
A: Most of our packaging is compostable.

Q: Where are your meals prepared?
A: At Plant B Life - 96 King William Road, Goodwood, South Australia.

Q: When are the meals 'best before'?
A: Our meals are generally best before 4 days of delivery (check the 'best before' sticker on your meals). We wouldn't recommend freezing.
